Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Can I use my insurance at ProHealth Drugs? Yes. We are a preferred in-network pharmacy with all major insurance plans. We also take Medicaid and Medicare. Sometimes, it may be cheaper to pay out of pocket if you have a very high deductible that you may not meet if you are not taking many medications. We can certainly let you know and give you the cheapest pricing option.
Does my insurance restrict me to use mail order, CVS, or Walgreens? No. You can fill your medications anywhere you would like to fill them. Sometimes mail-order pharmacies such as CVS Caremark or Express scripts will try to steer their patients towards their pharmacies. We can match and even beat them. Please give us a call to discuss.
Is your pharmacy more expensive? No. We can even offer lower prices for many medications if you do not have insurance or if your insurance co-pay is too high.
Does your pharmacy accept FSA/HSA cards? Yes, we accept all forms of payment.
What if I do not have insurance? We will give you the lowest out of pocket price, guaranteed. You will not have to search for any coupons or co-pay cards. Our software already does this for you.
